EnDOtec® DO*390N

Gas shielded, unique NanoAlloy metal cored wire developed for anti-wear coatings extremely resistant to abrasion, erosion combined with minimal impact on carbon, low alloy, stainless and cast steel parts.
Weld microstructure has high volume fraction of ultra-hard complex borocarbides uniformly dispersed in a NanoAlloy matrix providing :
    Exceptional wear resistance to high & low stress abrasion & erosion
  • Single weld layer despite dilution, achieves close to maximum hardness
  • Useful bulk hardness properties retained to red heat temperatures
  • Withstands repeated thermal cycles
  • Slag-free weld deposit exhibits stress relieving microfissures
  • Smooth, ripple-free weld surface resistant to galling
  • Low friction coefficient for metal-to metal lubrication-free applications
  • Precision grindable, slightly magnetic deposits
  • Improved impact resistance over conventional ultra hard weld coatings
