CastoTubes wear pipes are mild steel pipe that has been internally hardfaced to provide exceptional resistance to abrasion and erosion caused by pneumatic, slurry or other material transport. CastoTubes can be built to your specifications, in cut lengths, elbows, wyes and other configurations. By customizing the type of alloy and it’s thickness, Castolin Eutectic provides the optimal wear management solution for the most demanding industrial environments. The addition of flanges, threads or other connections make installing CastoTube quick and easy. Available from 4 – 24 inch internal diameters (ID) CastoTube is your solution for safe, efficient, long lasting transport systems. CastoTubes® offer many advantages:

Standard CastoTube® Range Tubes with a minimum internal diameter of 82 mm are available and a maximum length of 3 m. CastoTubes® can be installed with standard flanges so that the replacement of worn out tubes can be done quickly and easily. Virtually any inner diameter from the 82 to 303mm can be produced by applying a different wearfacing thickness inside the standard base tube. This allows a smooth joint to the existing installation so as to avoid turbulent media flow. Typical industries we serve are:
