Eutroloy® 16800 is a nickel-based alloy powder designed for Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) applications, combining excellent corrosion resistance with strong metallurgical bonding. Its composition of Ni-Mo-Cr-W (Hastelloy C 276) provides outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion and superior protection against oxidation in aggressive environments, including nitric, phosphoric, and sulfuric acids. It also performs well in chloride-containing media, offering durability against pitting and crevice corrosion.
