From the outset, Castolin Eutectic has been dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. Pierre Fleck, CEO of Castolin Eutectic, expressed pride in the company's inclusion in the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative.

2025 Report Highlights
The 2025 report provides detailed insights into the company's progress and achievements over the past year. Key highlights include:
- Sustainable Product Development: The introduction of new products such as the EnDOtec SAFE-HARD 700 welding wire which has significantly reduced hazardous emissions and improved operator safety. In addition, CDP 4666 DXWn eXtreme wearplates have been added to the eco-friendly choices for industries focused on reducing their environmental impact
- Reduction in CO2 Emissions: The company is continuously reducing its CO2 emissions, thanks to various energy-efficiency projects and the implementation of renewable energy sources
- Community Impact: The company expanded its community outreach programs, by adding new welding schools in their supporting programs
- Castolin Eutectic conducted our first Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) following the CSRD and ESRS by the European Union.
- The company has converted grey into green energy tariffs to achieve a target of 50% green energy by the end of 2024.
