EnDOtec® DO*33 welding wire

Gas-shielded metal cored wire developed for producing anti-wear coatings having excellent resistance to abrasion and erosion at high temperatures up to 650°C.
Features and benefits
  • Hardness and full quality of deposit obtained with one pass.
  • 70% saving in welding time and in filler metal used because 68 HRC hardness is obtained in first weld layer.
  • Against severe abrasion this alloy has a better cost/ wear resistance ratio than conventional chromium iron castings.
  • Good resistance to severe abrasion and oxidation at high temperatures, as well as erosion in gaseous environments.
  • Smooth bead improves resistance to erosion.
