![]() EuTroLoy 16012
EuTroLoy 16012 is used for protection against wear, abrasion and corrosion. Its superb wear and galling resistance is based on well dispersed carbide phases in a CoCr alloy matrix. A high tungsten content promotes excellently elevated temperature property retention, with hardness retained up to 700 °C. The high fraction of hard, brittle carbides provides increased resistance to abrasion and severe sliding wear together with a reasonable resistance to impact loads and cavitation erosion. |
Apparent density: ~ 4.7 g/cm3 Melting range: ~ 1190 – 1380°C Hardness*: typ. 47 HRC *hardness depends on welding parameters and may vary |

![]() EutroLoy PG 6503
EuTroLoy PG 6503 is a mix of 40% chrome free NiBSi powder with 60% tungsten carbides. The embedded carbides considerably improve resistance to wear by abrasion and erosion. Coatings from EuTroLoy PG 6503 provide good protection against corrosion from a wide range of aggressive media. Due to the high carbide content deposits may show cracks. |
Apparent density: ~ 6.1 g/cm3 Melting range: ~ 1050 – 1275°C, Matrix only Hardness*: typ. 60 HRC *hardness depends on welding parameters and may vary |
