![]() Eutalloy RW PE 8050
Eutalloy RW PE 8050 is a self-fluxing NiCrBSi alloy with medium hardness, its superb wetting properties make the powder ideal for protective coatings on a variety of base materials like steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Deposits from Eutalloy RW PE 8050 are easy to machine. In addition to good resistance to various wear types like impact and friction they provide excellent corrosion resistance. The coatings are used for working temperatures up to 700°. |
Apparent density: ~ 4.5 g/cm3 Melting range: ~ 1050 – 1110°C Hardness*: typ. 51 HRC *hardness depends on spray parameters and may vary |

![]() Eutalloy RW PE 8097
Eutalloy RW PE 8097 is a NiCrBSi alloy with high hardness. Its specification is modified with molybdenum to achieve better resistance to friction and corrosion compared to other NiCrBSi alloys. Due to chemical composition Eutalloy RW PE 8097 shows a high viscosity during fusing, the material stays on edges and does not run away. Coatings from this powder provide an excellent protection against waste and salt water as well as against most industry atmospheres. The maximum operating temperature is about 700°C. |
Apparent density: ~ 4.4 g/cm3 Melting range: ~ 970 – 1070°C Hardness*: typ. 58 HRC *hardness depends on spray parameters and may vary |

![]() Eutalloy RW PE 8902
Eutalloy RW PE 8902 is a mix of 65% nickel based self-fluxing powder with 35% tungsten carbides. The embedded carbides considerably improve wear, impact and adhesion resistance compared to the matrix only. Coatings from Eutralloy RW PE 8902 provide a good protection against corrosion from sea- and wastewater and against abrasive wear by fine to medium size particles. They show only low crack sensitivity when fusing. The alloy can be used at temperatures up to 500°C and is suitable for polishing. |
Apparent density: ~ 4.6 g/cm3 Melting range: ~ 970 – 1200°C, Matrix only Hardness*: typ. 760 HV *hardness depends on spray parameters and may vary |
