EuTroLoy 16604 is a steel with a very fine martensitic structure and an excellent resistance to heat, thermal shock and corrosion. The alloy is work hardening, the hardness can increase up to 53 HRC. Coatings from EuTroLoy 16604 have a low crack sensitivity and resistance to tempering up to 650°C. They protect base materials against scaling up to 900°C. Deposits from EuTroLoy 16604 are easy to machine. |

EuTroLoy PG 6516 is a mix of 40% chrome free NiBSi powder with 60% tungsten carbides. The embedded carbides considerably improve resistance to wear by abrasion and erosion. Coatings from EuTroLoy PG 6516 provide good protection against corrosion from a wide range of aggressive media. Due to the high carbide content deposits may show cracks. |
