EnDOtec® DO*6070 N

Flux cored welding wire for combined wear at extreme temperatures
This proprietary alloy produces an iron matrix with 50% of fine and uniformly orientated complex carbides resistant against both fine and coarse particles.
It is specially good when high temperatures are part of the process (58 HRC at 600°C; 42 HRC at 800°C).
  • Advanced Dispersion Hardening alloy microstructure for high level of wearfacing.
  • Highly efficient complex carbides in a tenacious matrix and mesomorphic structure.
  • Fine microstructure gives premium abrasion resistance to both fine and coarse particles.
  • Remarkable increase of resistance to erosion.
