EnDOtec® & TeroMatec® wires: EnDOtec® (gas shielded metal arc welding process, GMAW) and TeroMatec® (self-shielded arc welding process, Open Arc/FCAW) are using specially formulated cored wires which provide industry with wear protection, repair and joining solutions. DO*390N: the DO*390N microstructures show the high volume fraction of ultra-hard complex borocarbides uniformly distributed within a NanoAlloy iron alloy matrix. Such unique weld deposits have many practical features & benefits: exceptional wear resistance to abrasion & erosion, first layer hardness 70 HRC, second layer 71 HRC, retention of useful bulk hot hardness to 750°C, withstands repeated thermal cycles, low coefficient of friction without lubrication for metal to metal wear resistance.
