This is the fourth year in a row that Castolin Eutectic has been conferred a prestigious Frost & Sullivan Award. The Customer Service Leadership Global Award 2011. Previous accolades include: Market Growth Leadership Award (2009) and Customer Service Leadership Awards (2008 and 2010).

Description of the Award

The 2011, 2010 and 2008 Frost & Sullivan European Repair and Maintenance Welding Consumables Customer Service Leadership Global Awards were presented to Castolin Eutectic. With end users becoming more aware of their welding requirements and also demanding a higher standard of service, Castolin Eutectic has raced ahead of competitors by providing improved services and paying more attention to critical issues like technical assistance, training courses, subcontracting facilities, etc.

The 2009 Frost & Sullivan Award for Product Market Growth Leadership is presented to Castolin Eutectic. Though there has been a low demand for welding equipment and consumables owing to the market recession, the company has not only sustained its market share but also slowly grown it by focusing on value addition for the customer through development of specific application and end user solutions.
