Eutectic Korea unveils revolutionary Laser Cladding and HVOF machines at ITSC 2013

Eutectic Korea was established in Incheon, a city on the periphery of Seoul's industrial zone, in 1995. Since then, its presence has extended to sites in Daejeon and Busan and Eutectic Korea now has three sales offices and two Castolin repair workshops uniformly covering South Korea's market.

On Eutectic Korea's stand at the International Thermal Spray Conference and Exposition 2013 (ITSC), our CJK-5 HVOF equipment, EuTronic® Arc Spray 4 System, CDS-8000 torch and SuperJet Eutalloy systems were on display, together with our Laser cladding machine which was recently installed at the Busan Castolin Workshop site. The capacity of our laser machine for cladding, heat treatment and welding, along with the sophistication of the beam shape modification feature, make this certainly one of the most powerful installations currently on offer in Asia. Many different demonstration samples of various coating processes were also exposed, along with the most prominent consumable products such as welding products and spray powders.
