Different stationary concrete mixer models have been developed to process the raw materials (sand, water, aggregates and cement) which cause intensive wear and tear of certain key parts through abrasion and erosion.
Replacement parts for concrete mixers
Mono-material replacement parts made of hardened steel plate, polyurethane or Ni-Hard® cast iron, are generally used to resist abrasion and erosion. With the introduction of CDC® technology, Castolin offers the most complete range of solutions with extra wear resistance. These CDC® parts are produced using CDP® CastoDur Diamond Plates, with additional wearfacing protection plus tungsten carbide on the leading edges. These carbides have been specially selected to withstand impacts during mixer maintenance operations. Choosing CDC® technology means your parts can perform up to six times longer than usual.
