Key Accountabilities:

  • Comprehensive support of the companies in tax matters 
  • Responsible for the preparation of tax reporting
  • Further development of our transfer pricing and tax strategy as well as clarification of ad-hoc enquiries on the subject of tax and transfer pricing
  • Design and implementation of tax optimization measures
  • Support for national and international M&A transactions
  • Accompaniment of tax audits and communication with tax advisors & auditors
  • Collaborate with all hierarchies of local management and liaise with the Paragon Partners Portfolio team as well as with the executive leadership team of Castoli
  • Act as single point of contact for company leadership on all active projects

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten

Skills & Competencies:

  • Completed studies in business administration with a focus on taxes or comparable training with a tax background
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in auditing, tax consulting or tax department of an international company
  • Sound experience in OECD tax rules and the area of transfer pricing & tax optimization; corporate recharges, royalty agreements, dividends, international tax planning and compliance
  • Communication talent with the ability to present complex issues in a recipient-oriented manner
  • Very good knowledge of the German and English languages, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable in working in a fast-changing landscape and with the responsibility and pressure that comes with leading a business to success
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and to have foresight into potential issues, as well as to find appropriate solution

  • Expertise in Finance, Business Controlling, HR, Purchasing, Legal & Compliance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an operation executive with experience in international companies, operating with independent branches (Americas, Europe, Asia)
  • Cultural savvy in dealing with international stakeholders
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on facts and results
  • Structured and logic way of thinking, paired with excellent organizational skills​​​​​​​
