The CDP 6503 withstands the most demanding abrasion, erosion and corrosion conditions because of its high concentration (60%) of tungsten carbide particles in a nickel-enhanced matrix. The high quality Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) deposit produces smooth, uniform weld beads which provide improved "flow over properties" for even better wear resistance. This best-in-class wear plate can be cut to size, formed or rolled to meet any application requirement.
