CastoGas is a non-toxic and non-corrosive gasflux. The flux is in the flame so that no additional fluxing operations are required. Typical applications include: plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, heat exanchers, automotive parts, domestic heaters, repair of steel parts.

Xuperbraze 190 PA After many years of development Castolin Eutectic is proud to preset their newest advancement in aluminium joining. XuperBraze 190 PA is the first and only aluminium brazing paste to have almost 2 to 1 alloy / flux ratio. This paste has 50% less flux and 50% more alloy than other pastes found on the market. Additionally, although there is much less flux in the paste, the paste does not separate. Further, this paste is not hydroscopic like most other paste on the market, which means that the viscosity of the paste will not be greatly affected by humidity.

XuperBraze 190 PA consists of:
AlSi12 Powder, Nokoloc Flux, Binder

Applications Include:
heat exchangers, heating elements, pots and pans

XuperBraze 190 PF is a dispensible corrosive alumimium flux paste.  It is designed for use on high magnesium aluminium alloys (over 1%) and for application where no flux residue is desired. The non-separating nature of this flux makes it easy to automate and allows precise dispensing. Xuperbraze 190 PF flux leave aluminium brazing joints clean and shiny.

Castolin TeroCote® 7888 LT.
Max. service Temperature (°C): 700
7888 LT (low temperature) is an advance in hardfacing technologies.
7888 LT combines the excellent wear resistance of 7888 T with a newly developed low temperature nickel alloy. This new alloy flows at 100 °C lower than similar product found on the market today.
Lower temperature mean, less heating, less structural change of the base materials and carbides, less thermal stress and faster application.
7888 LT is very easy to apply  and leaves a very smooth dense and homogenius coating. By having a smooth surface less post-brazing grinding will be required (if required at all).

146 M Flux (Patended) is a brass/bronze flux. It is specially formulated to be non-toxic, non-corrosive and does not contain boric acid, borox, any clorides or fluorides. 146 flux residues do not have to be removed after brazing and does not have the side affects of other borox and boric acid fluxes. 146 M offer the same fluxing action as borox and boric acid fluxes without being hardardous or toxic.

Solar Cast 5 is the first certified soldering paste for solar absorber brazing.  Until now all soldering pastes caused damage to the absorber coating in hotwater solar panels. This damage  is caused  by  corrosive binders and fluxes used in standard pastes. Even the so called "non-corrosive" pastes have been found to damage the absorber surfaces. This damage is caused  by vapouration of the binder and flux during brazing process and in operation of the solar panel.  SolarCast 5  is  the  first and only paste laboratory tested and proven not to destroy the absorber coating.
