In response to the growing training needs, Castolin Eutectic has opened a state-of-the-art fully equipped Demo and Training Centre in Gliwice to promote our new technologies.
The centre is located in a new company building that also comprises a state-of-the-art conference room, a service centre and an area where a Messer cutting machine and an automated welding station based on a Reis robot have been installed.
The main reason for opening the centre was the intention to widen the offer by a comprehensive well-organised training option for welders from companies using Castolin Eutectic technologies.
Training participants can use four fully-equipped welding stations set up with the full range of necessary accessories, devices, fume extractor, gas cylinders etc.
Training centre equipment enables training traditional methods, such as MMA, TIG, MIG/MAG, brazing, as well as Castolin Eutectic special technologies: plasma transferred arc (GAP) welding, EnDoTec cored wire wearfacing, TeroCote brazing, braze welding of galvanised pipes and “hot” and “cold” powder spraying (Eutalloy and Rototec).
