Castolin Eutectic has a 100 year tradition of technology innovation, starting with its founder and the original brazing patent. However, not all the innovation comes from the research staff or laboratories. Many times the best ideas come from our engineers and product managers. The group wanted to recognise the outstanding achievements of our technical staff, who support the sales people, solve problems and advance the technical reputation of the company. These are the tireless, unsung heroes of the company, who are passionate about advancing technology.
This year, Andy Roake and Gary Heath were pleased to reward the following three employees:
- Ricardo Duenas (CastoLab® Services Manager Mexico) for the development of CDP® machine.
- Jan Szlek (Product Manager CDP® / CastoTube® and KAM Poland) for the development of the CastoTubes®.
- Martin Kirchgassner (CEO Austria) for his endless support for applying emerging technologies in the field and his work on wear resistant materials.
We thank Ricardo, Jan and Martin for their excellent work. Thanks to their efforts the Castolin Eutectic Technology is advancing with big steps into the future.
