In 2009, we celebrated the 60 years anniversary of Salteco, Castolin Eutectic's Italian agent.

Stefano Salvetti: "In 1949 my father Sandro decided together with some friends to start distributing Castolin Eutectic products in Italy. At the beginning the company was called Castolin Italiana but as the technical side of the products was extremely evident, they decided to call the company Salteco: Sal - saldatura (welding), te (technical) - co (company).

Now, after 60 years, we are still here trying to do our best in order to provide the highest service to our customers. Our motto has always been: "Our Technical Delegate is our first customer" and "The final customer is our king."

The Technical Delegate is our brand ambassador in front of our customers. So, he needs to be well trained both from the technical side and the commercial one. In order to motivate him, we always launch new contests, new initiatives to support their job under the motto "we never give up". Another key of our success is our speed of response. Our organization structure is flexible, so we can quickly launch a new product or initiative.

What do we expect from the future? Another 60 years close to the customers' needs!"
