Our inaugural product in 1906 allowed the first reliable repair of cast iron, and Castolin Eutectic is still recognised today as the expert when difficult repairs of massive structures are necessary.

In the cement industry for example, constant high contact pressure at elevated temperatures causes fatigue and cracking in the cast steel kiln tyre which eventually stops cement production completely. We conduct this type of repair all over the world without the need for kiln removal at a fraction of the cost of replacement, and achieve major cost-savings in expensive down time.
